However, a prerequisite for the reliable operation of the equipment purchased from us is compliance with the use recommendations and, if necessary, timely maintenance at our service centre.

In which cases the warranty is not provided
The GeFlow Systems service centre may refuse to provide warranty repairs if:
- the warranty seals are not intact;
- there is mechanical or other visible damage to the body or internal equipment caused by external factors;
- the rules of use set forth in the operating documents have been violated;
- internal connections and components of the product have been unauthorizedly opened, repaired or altered, or the design or schematics of the product have been changed;
- serial number was forged;
- unofficial software installed.
Also, the warranty does not apply in the event of natural wear and tear or exhaustion of the service life specified by manufacturer, damage caused by an accidental increase or decrease in the voltage in the power grid during battery charging or improper connection to the power grid; damage caused by using the product for other purposes or violating other operating rules.
How to exchange or return a product
We comply with all Ukrainian laws, including those on consumer protection. Therefore, you can return the product within 14 days in accordance with the “Law of Ukraine on Consumer Rights Protection”. We will issue a refund if: the product has not been used and has no traces of use, is fully equipped and works properly. If the equipment does not work, an exchange or refund will be made only upon the conclusion of the service centre that all operating conditions have been met.
